| 上海自贸区金融业的扩大开放使得为金融消费者提供倾斜保护的需要更为紧迫。但是，现阶段我国在立法上尚未确立“金融消费者”的法律地位，尚未建立保护金融消费者的专门制度。在金融纠纷解决方面，有必要借鉴英国、新加坡和香港这些发达的国际金融中心的金融消费者保护调解制度，以建设上海自贸区为契机，构建起对金融消费者提供倾斜保护的强制调解机制。 |

| With the opening of financial industry in SFTZ, the need to provide financial consumer with inclined protection becomes more urgent. But at the present stage, China’s legislation has not established the legal status of “financial consumer”, while there is no specific system aimed to protect financial consumers. In the aspect of financial dispute resolution, it is necessary to make comparison and reference from the mediation mechanisms on financial consumer protection in advanced international financial centers like United Kingdom, Singapore and Hong Kong, in order to build up the compulsory mediation mechanism on financial consumer protection throush SFTZ. |
